Every job is priced individually after an in-person site visit, so you get an accurate figure based on your ground, your access and your finish, rather than a number plucked off a rate card. Before You Get In Touch
How do you price a job?
Every job is priced after an in-person site visit. Shane comes out, looks at the ground, access and what's actually involved, then gives you a price for that job, not a guess over the phone.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. A 10% deposit is taken once you confirm you want to go ahead, and that secures your booking in the diary. The balance is settled on completion.
What happens if something isn't right after the job?
We come back and sort it. There's no formal written warranty period; it's a straightforward commitment that if something isn't right after we've finished, you call and we return to put it right.
Who is responsible for sign-off on underpinning work?
Structural engineer sign-off and any building control sign-off are the customer's responsibility. We carry out the works to the specification provided; the approvals sit with you and your engineer.
